Welcome to Adspot. By accessing or using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Custom Orders

  • All our products are customized as per client specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate details (text, design, size, material, color, etc.) at the time of placing the order.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
  • Mockups and previews may be shared for approval when necessary. Production will only begin after final approval is received.

2. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines vary depending on the product type and quantity. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (machine breakdowns, supply shortages, courier delays, etc.) will be communicated promptly.
  • Adspot is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • As all products are customized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for replacement. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements will be offered only after verification of the issue.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted to us for printing or engraving.
  • Adspot holds no liability for copyright infringements on user-submitted content.
  • Adspot reserves the right to use images of completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Adspot is not liable for:

  • Customer errors in design specifications
  • Minor variations in color, size, or material due to screen display or production limitations
  • Delays caused by third-party courier or delivery services
