At Adspot, we take great pride in creating customized products tailored specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Email us at info@ad-spot.net with your order number
- Include aa video while opening the pacel of the damaged item and packing.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all personalization details (e.g. names, dates, colors, etc.) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
